How do I create an account?
Click on the "Register" button on the top right of your screen or you can click here.
 
How do I edit my account Information?
Once you have created an account, you will need to login and click on "Edit Profile". 
 
I forgot my password.
If you have forgotten your password, go to the "Login" page and click on the "Forgot My Password" link. You will be prompted to enter your email address. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.



How do I change the quantities or cancel an item in my order after I have placed the order?

How much is my shipping?
We ship with UPS and there are three options available for shipping: Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.
We charge a flat rate for each option, meaning you can order as many items as you want and ship anywhere in the U.S. and the price will remain the same.
Ground - $5.50
2nd Day Air - $12.00
Next Day Air - $20.00

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only if the city you are shipping to is located in California.

 



When will my order ship?
Orders selected to go Ground may take up to 1 – 3 business days to ship from the date they are placed.
Orders selected to go 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air may take up to 1 business day to ship from the date they are placed.
Shipping closes at 3:00PM PST, Monday - Friday.

Has my order shipped?
You will get an email notification when your order has shipped.

How do I track my order?
On your email notification it will list an 18 digit alpha-numeric UPS tracking number. You can track your package via the UPS website at www.ups.com. If your tracking number does not work or brings up information you believe to be incorrect, please contact customer service for assistance.

My order never arrived.
If your order does not arrive within the time frame specified by the shipping method you chose, please contact customer service for assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment.
Please contact customer service for assistance.

I received the wrong product.
Please contact customer service for assistance.

 



What is your return/exchange policy?
Sun Protection Zone cannot pay for return shipping, however all exchanges are re-shipped at no additional cost. Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the arrival date of your order. For returned items, a credit will be issued back onto the original credit card used for the purchase. Items sent back for an exchange can only be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value. In the case that you exchange something for lesser value, a credit for the difference will be issued back onto the original credit card used for purchase as soon as the product arrives at our location. Should you wish to exchange something for an item of greater value, please contact customer service for assistance.

How do I return my product?
We recommend returning items through the U.S. Post Office, however you may return using FedEx, or UPS as well. Please include a copy of your customer invoice (this would have been inside the box your items arrived in) and give written instructions that you are returning for a refund. If you are returning to exchange, please give written instructions on your customer invoice listing the items you are exchanging for, and specific information about these items, such as size and color. When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when the order is placed.
 
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
As soon as you place your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you via email showing all the information for your order, including your payment information, bill to and ship to address, and the items you ordered. You will also receive an invoice in the box your order arrives in. Hang on to this invoice in case you need to return or exchange any items. See Returns & Exchanges for our policies and instructions on returning an item or making an exchange.
