What are the instructions for returning my product?
We prefer that items be returned via the U.S. Postal Service, but it is not required. If a carrier other than USPS is used, please email the tracking number to customer service. Be sure to include a copy of your customer invoice inside the package.
On the copy of your customer invoice, please indicate which items are being returned for a refund. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method. If the entire order is returned, a full refund will be issued, including the sales tax (if applicable) and shipping charge. Orders that opted for expedited shipping will not receive a full credit of the shipping charge, but will instead receive a credit of $5.50 (the flat-rate that is charged for Ground shipping) toward the overall refund.
On the copy of your customer invoice, please indicate which items are being returned for an exchange, and provide the complete info for the new items we will be sending back out (product, color, size). If you are returning for an item of greater value, please give written authorization for us to add the difference to the credit card that was used for the original purchase. Otherwise, we will have to contact you prior to processing your return in order to obtain authorization, which will cause some delay. If an item is exchanged for an item of lesser value, the difference will be credited to the original payment card.
