How do I return an item?

  • Customer has 30 days to return items for a refund or to exchange
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping - Exchanged items ship at no additional cost
  • Items can be returned via USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex
  • Items that are returned dirty or with damages will not be refunded or exchanged, and will be promptly returned back to the customer (Ex. Hats should be shipped in packaging that does not require the brim to be folded in any way)
  • Include a copy of your customer invoice, and write down the reason for you return: Refund or Exchange
  • If you are exchanging, please make detailed notes about the items you want to exchange for (Item name, Size, Color, Etc.) - If item is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded back onto the credit card used for purchase (plus tax if applicable) - If item is of greater value, please include written authorization to make a new charge for the difference onto the credit card used for purchase (If you received item as a gift, we will need the person whose credit card was charged to provide the authorization, and this can be done via phone or email to Customer Service)
  • Product warranty is immediately void if items are not purchased directly from SPZ or an authorized SPZ dealer.
